This is a great Guns N' Roses acoustic concert back in the 80's.
Great performance and kinda a rare concert as long as I know.
It's a small dvd though. Only six songs but with a great interview
after the concert and the signings of the band members to the public.

Durante seus dezesseis meses de duração, Michael Jackson se apresentou em quinze países e realizou um total de 123 concertos, 92 deles com lotação esgotada, para uma audiência estimada em 4.4 milhões de pessoas.

Dividida em duas partes, a primeira percorreu a Ásia e Oceania, a segunda, América do Norte, Europa e Japão - onde aconteceram os onze primeiros concertos da turnê, todos com lotação esgotada, somando um total de 450.000 (quatrocentos e cinqüenta mil) espectadores.

Em Londres, a Bad World Tour entrou para o "Guiness" - o livro dos recordes - ao apresentar sete concertos com lotação esgotada no Estádio de Wembley, para uma audiência estimada em 504.000 pessoas. Mais tarde, Jackson quebraria este recorde com a Dangerous World Tour na Cidade do México.

Ultravox - The Collection [DVD5]

Ultravox foi um dos principais expoentes do movimento britânico de música eletrônica no começo dos anos 80.

Formada em 1973 pelo vocalista, compositor e tecladista John Foxx, o baixista Chris Cross, o violinista Billy Curie, o guitarrista Steve Shears e o baterista Warren Cann, a banda era originalmente conhecida como Tiger Lily. Depois de lançar um compacto em 1974 eles mudam o nome para Ultravox! e lançam um álbum pela Island Records em 1977.

Em 1978, depois de mudanças na formação, o grupo retira o ponto de exclamação do seu nome e lança um terceiro álbum pela Island, que, insatisfeita com as vendas, demite a banda.

Midge Ure entra no lugar de John Foxx, e o Ultravox segue uma carreira estável durante o princípio dos anos 80, agora com a gravadora Chrysalis. Em 1984, depois do lançamento de Lament, Warren Cann deixa o grupo para iniciar carreira solo, e os integrantes remanescentes, juntamente com Mark Brzezicki, ressurgem como "U-Vox" em 1986, antes de se separarem em definitivo.

Billy Curie e Robin Simon reformularam a banda em 1993 para o lançamento do álbum Revelation e Marcus O'Higgins empresta sua voz para o último disco do grupo, Ingenuity, de 1996.

The Birthday Party - Pleasure Heads Must Burn [DVD5]

The Birthday Party foi uma banda australiana de pós-punk, formada em Melbourne, em 1977. Eram compostos por Nick Cave (vocais, guitarra), Rowland S. Howard (guitarra), Mick Harvey (guitarra, bateria, piano, orgão), Tracy Pew (baixo) e Phill Calvert (bateria). Inicialmente designados por Boys Next Door, lançam o primeiro álbum Door Door, em 1978, sob esta nome. Mudam-se para Londres, e definitivamente alteram o nome da banda para The Birthday Party.
Este DVD "Pleasure Heads Must Burn" é uma remasterização do VHF "Pleasure Heads Must Burn" lançado em 1984 e relançado em 2003 com promos e aparições em TV, realmente para quem gosta de Post-Punk uma ótima escolha para Download, por até mesmo ser muito raro encontrar este DVD em terras tupiniquins :(
